In this 4-hour workshop we will present soma~cognitive practice ∞OS, which uses body movement to enhance cognitive, perceptive and adaptive skills. Our approach is based on practicing wave-like oscillatory patterns of movement derived from Systema martial art and various other contemporary movement and dance practices. We then extract conceptual descriptions based on those patterns and see how those same principles could be applied in other contexts and mediums: from intersubjective relations to politics.
